DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible in payroll processing and payroll administration.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for salary computation, including commission payment if any, overtime verification and any other allowances and entitlements.
Ensure timely and accurate and an execution of payrall processes.
Assist in the administration of confirmation, contract renewal, re-employment and employment certification letters.
Handle work pass application, renewal and cancellation and work pass related matters including tax clearance.
Perform and handle tax clearance.
Manage HRIS ,including the Easy Time Attentance System and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Submission of all government claims such as Maternity and Paternity Claims, Childcare Leave and NS Claims.
Handle and resolve queries on payroll related matter for retail staff.
Maintain and update employees' personal files abd records in HR System.
Perform any other ad-hoc dutiesas assigned by HR manager/ Management.
REQUIREMENT
Min Diploma in HRM or equivalent.
Min two years of working experience with hand on payroll calculation.
Experience with Sage Easy pay would be advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous, proactive and good team player.
Able to work in fast paced environment
