REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education & experience Proficient in MS Office and ERP Minimum understanding and user of any ERP system Written and verbal communication skills Experience working within an Administrative team. Scheduling & Planning Minimum 3~5 years in Supply Chain – Order fulfilment, Customer Support and/or management of projects Capable to make decision and ability to trigger support whenever necessary Very good understanding of office management processes Knowledge of Order Processing Result-Orientated Multitasking abilities Good time-management skills Accuracy and attention to detail Organized, structured & efficient. Responsible for order entry execution cycle per customer’s firmed order including to manufacturing process, masterlist to customers to sales invoice, sorting technical clarifications on order by liasing with cross-stakeholders by ensuring that the clean order proceeds into manufacturing to be completed, accurate for on-time delivery; and issue of overdue & top priority orders for timely and clean execution Ensures that all order specific constraints & achievements are closed for timely & accurate invoicing of assigned customers by adherence to local and international company trade compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices. Monitor / track all customers order backlog for potential problems where the order fulfilment flow could stall/delay and work with the proper personnel to resolve those problems. In addition, maintaining/updating order document history and handle status of orders and delivery. Communicate with customers to address inquiries and provide order-related information Monitoring the contract status per customer’s orders by ensuring commercial terms & conditions (such as payment terms, Incoterms) are with company standards. Analyze business needs and work with stakeholders to drive system and process change Be able to take on team related projects, as well as participate in cross-functional projects Reporting Update/Provision on OTIF, Invoice forecast Update/Provision, Booking Update/Provision, Sales Demand Perform routine updates in various systems – CTMS, OneDrive, Excel sheets etc. timely & accurately Chairing meetings as assigned & Project Coordinator for assigned orders Backup for team mates in CSC SOM team Fulfil any other reasonable duties as required by direct report
