DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintain recruitment portal and shortlisting of candidates Creating job descriptions, advertise on all job platforms and handling the full recruitment process Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates and assisting in the recruitment process Handling end to end process of staff onboarding and offboarding Assist of MOM pass renewal and process work pass application Maintain records and compile reports such as recruitment, attendance, leave etc. Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc. Be the first point of contact for employee’s enquiries on HR related matters and to assist their enquiries Provide support on other HR matters and ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT

Diploma in Human Resource or relevant qualifications. Experience in retail beauty industry will be added advantage Good knowledge of MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint Good knowledge in employment law, HR Policies and best practices Strong interpersonal communication (both written and verbal) in Mandarin and English in order to cater to associates and teamwork skills Good communication and interpersonal skill Good organizational skill and meticulous Ability to work independently and meet tight datelines
