DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets. Continuously assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, setting clear performance goals and conducting regular performance reviews. Foster a culture of teamwork and excellence. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including architects, contractors, builders, and developers. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Work closely with project managers and other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects. Coordinate sales efforts with project timelines and requirements. Drive consistent revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer retention efforts.
REQUIREMENT

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a building material industry, coming from cement industry would be preferable. Have a deep understanding of the building materials industry, including knowledge of products, trends, and competitors. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and goals. Proven track record of successful sales strategies and revenue growth. Experience in managing complex construction projects from initial contact to completion. Strong project management skills to coordinate sales efforts with project timelines. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages may be a plus.
