DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Functions which include manpower planning, recruitment and selection, payroll administration, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee training and development, industrial relations, and HR Generalist.
Responsible for the administration of personnel transactions covering group insurance administration, employees transfer, promotions and change of employment status.
Responsible to monitor employee leave and employee attendance, probationary review, and conducting job appraisal for employment confirmation.
Liaise with relevant government agencies on HR statutory requirements and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements.
To assist in drafting HR-related letters Requirements:
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Admin or equivalent;
At least 3 years of working experience in a related field.
Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint). Knowledge of payroll software (HR2000 & Infotech) is an added advantage.
Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
