DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure the organization structures of the HO, RO and Outlets are aligned to the business strategy. Ensure ManPower Planning is on Right Fit Staffing policy. Ensure the Performance Management System is implemented through talent identification and development. Ensure employee capabilities is to support business strategies through Training & Development. Oversee HR operation and General Affair's activities to function efficiently.
REQUIREMENT

Master’s degree in HR Management/Psychology or related field from reputable University. Experience handling HR Operation, Human Capital Implementation, Training & Development, ManPower.Planning and Performance Management System and GA. Strong leadership and communication skill. High motivation and integrity. Good analytical thinking.
