Manage the entire recruitment and hiring processes, including employee onboarding and offboarding process.
Manage compensation and handle employee benefits administration.
Oversee the entire payroll process.
Develop and monitor employee appraisal systems, including HR metrics and report in order to monitor key performance indicators.
Manage employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
Manage employee administrative data.
Ensure policies and procedures up to date with the legal requirements.
Identify, manage, and develop training needs within the organization.
Identify, design, and implementing training programs according to the needs of the company or organization.
Evaluate and conducting performance appraisal to measure productivity.
REQUIREMENT
Minimun 10 years experience as HR General Manager.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
Proficiency data management, payroll processes, tax, regulations, administrative tasks, and compliance.
Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking.
Having a strong sense of responsibility, work ethic, and passion for employee engagement.
