Manage and Responsible for total employee in the company
Manage and Responsible for recruiting employee and placing to position need
Manage and Responsible for the payroll system of employee
Manage and Responsible for IT related matter
Developing, updating and maintaining HR database
Preparing Job Agreement/Offering Letter for new candidate
Manage and responsible for implementation of discipline, punishment and control of all employees
Responsible to manage all employee's problem
Manage and responsible for employee's placement, promotion and mutation
Manage and responsible to control documents related to HR matter
Responsible for organizing training for employees
Responsible for making permit/report to oss, labor department, BPJS, etc
Responsible for employee's evaluation
Responsible for handling work permit, npwp registration, tax installment, npwp revocation, apartment's agreement, etc
Responsible for creating good communication with all employee
Responsible for health insurance, car insurance, etc
REQUIREMENT
Age up to 45 years old
Education: Bachelor Degree in Law/Psychology/Management
Language: English
Experience: 5 years experience as a HR-GA Manager from Trading company/Japanese company
Other requirement: Certified Human Resources Manager
Employment status: permanent after passing 1 year (contract) period
Will be located in Jakarta
