REQUIREMENT

Minimum bachelor’s degree. Minimum 5-year experience in recruitment management. Manpower planning, assessment, interview, and negotiation skills. Understanding of HR systems and processes. Understanding of employment regulations. Excellent skills in oral and written communication. Good knowledge of assessment center. Fluent in English, both writing and speaking Computer skills
