DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Carry out sourcing, screening and other administrative process related to fulfilling employees in the area for which they are responsible to meet workforce needs in accordance with the established MPP.
Carry out employee administration process in accordance with applicable regulations (attendance, rehiring, benefits, data changes, rotation, etc.) so that accurate and reliable employee data is available.
Carry out employee relations activities (employee activities, exit interviews, social media, etc.) to create a conducive and productive work atmosphere in all company business units.
Carry out employee disciplinary actions in accordance with applicable regulations (including issuing letters of warning or termination) to ensure that all regulations and policies are implemented consistently across all business units.
Provide basic provisions and training (OT, motivation, etc.) to employees according to their authority (including arranging the training process, FT and mentors) to ensure all employees have abilities according to company standards.
Assist the head office in carrying out general activities in all stores/branches/DCs (including catering & uniform management) to ensure the availability of standard facilities that support the company's operational activities.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree of Psychology/Human Resource Management/ Law
At least 1 year experience as HR Generalist
Great comunication skill
Placement: Aceh, Jakarta Selatan,& Tangerang Selatan
