DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Supervise and coordinate operational activities at the branch office (storage of goods, delivery of goods, billing, etc.)
Monitor that SOPs are carried out correctly by each employee at the branch office in accordance with their respective jobs and responsibilities
Lead sales and marketing activities at branch offices to achieve targets set by the company
Responsible for the security and cleanliness of the branch office
Responsible for the completeness, maintenance, repair, effectiveness and efficient use of all facilities and infrastructure in the branch office
Carry out supervision, coordination and evaluation functions of employee performance in branch offices
Provide reports related to operations at the branch office to the head office and act as a liaison between the branch office and the head office
Maintain good relationships with internal and external parties of the company
Carry out risk management regarding possible problems that could occur at the branch office
Provide solutions to various problems that arise at branch offices.
REQUIREMENT
At least Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
At least 8 years of working experience in selling industrial chemicals, and 3 years in managerial level
Understand about operations and procedures for delivering goods to customers
Able to manage and lead subordinate
Strong leadership, target oriented, excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of East Java area and willing to travel
Able to drive a car and has valid driving license (SIM A)
Able to work using Ms. Office, especially excel
