DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring the overall marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and sales. Manage and optimize digital marketing activities. Build and manage an end-user community, including executing effective customer engagement programs and analyzing consumer behavior. Gather data related promotion & program implementation to get feedback from the market.
REQUIREMENT

Max. 35 years old. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Min. 4 years of working experience in digital marketing and digital transformation. Strong understanding of the principles of 4P, 9 elements, and 12C of marketing. Good leadership, communication skill, agile and high drive for excellent performance. Fluent communication skills in English.
