Job Analysis and Planning: Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of open positions. Creating detailed job descriptions, determining the necessary qualifications and skills, and developing a recruitment strategy.
Sourcing Activities: To use various methods to find potential candidates, such as job platform, social media, professional networks, employee referrals or attend career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
Candidate Screening: To review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.
Conduct Background Screening : Reviews employment applications and background check reports
Interviewing: Arrange and conduct interviews with Hiring Manager, which can include phone interviews, video interviews, and in-person meetings.
Assessment and Evaluation: Talent acquisition specialists may administer skills tests, personality assessments, or other evaluations to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
Documentation: Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.
Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
Work closely with marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges
-Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities and research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
Any other assignments or tasks given from time to time by the Management or superior
REQUIREMENT
Degree or Diploma in any discipline. Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition for 1 to 2 years
Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills, Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Good in Microsoft Office will be advantage for this role.
Good Mandarin & English speaking as this role will require the candidate to handle projects from Different country
