DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Analyze root cause of operational breakdowns and provide solutions. Develop preventive measures and document problem resolution procedures. Plan, design, implement, monitor and maintain network, server, and other IT infrastructure Deploy, research all device network and server to improve performance and efficiency Coordinate with Telecom Service (ISP) Vendors to ensure Offices Telco Circuits availability (Internet, IDAP, ISDN, PSTN or et cetera). Maintain documentation of IT Assets
REQUIREMENT

S1 Computer Science / Information Technology Minimum 3 years experience at Supervisor level Excellent hands-on experience in LAN/WAN routing/ switching implementation and troubleshooting skills with various routing and network protocols Able to install and configure Windows Server OS, Linux Server, Router, Switch, Firewall and Mikrotik Have experience in security management and disaster recovery / business continuity management
