DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assists in defining, measuring, and aligning IT workflows with frameworks like ISO 27001 and compliance regulations. Ensures IT processes and systems comply with internal controls, regulations, and security policies. Develops, revises, and communicates IT policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines for Information Security and System Development Life Cycle. Raises compliance awareness through workshops and communication. Ensures timely IT improvements as per targets. Acts as a counterpart for internal/external audits, suggesting necessary support functions. Proactively reviews processes and documents to identify weaknesses. Ensures effective risk mitigation for IT systems and processes. Manages stakeholder relationships and interacts with departments like Operational Risk, Audit, and Security.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Software Engineering or related IT field from a reputable university. Knowledgeable in IT systems, processes, network infrastructure, data architecture, protocols, and incident response. Understands IT management frameworks, governance principles, compliance, and relevant regulations (e.g., ISO 27000, ISO 31000). Develops security standards and guidelines based on industry best practices. Familiar with risk management framework, IT policies including risk management and cybersecurity. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and flowchart tools (e.g., Visio). Demonstrates excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Skilled in IT areas like programming and SQL queries. Having CISA or CRISC certifications is a plus.
