DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide first point of contact advice on the interpretation of awards and legislation and the application of industrial instruments escalating requests. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees and management. Conducting investigations into employee misconduct or violations of company policies Provides counsel to workers regarding company and governmental policies, regulations, and procedures.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate at least possess bachelor’s degree majoring law, human resources management or related field. At least 2 years of working experiences in related scope (Industrial Relation) from any industries, media industry will be value added. Must be able to do multi-tasking in HR process. Has strong knowledge and experience in Industrial Relation and other related legislation. Good communication skills.
