REQUIREMENT
Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR administration and general affairs, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome). Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks. Willing to work Hybrid in HO (Sahid Surdirman Residence)
