DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist in various HR administration tasks, such as recruitment (as TA coordinator), onboarding, offboarding and employee data management. Maintain and update HR data including employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate office events, meetings, and general administrative duties. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a smooth operational environment. Assist employee in using HRIS Talenta Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and other logistics as required. Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow. Utilize Google Sheets and Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting purposes.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR administration and general affairs, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome). Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks. Willing to work Hybrid in HO (Sahid Surdirman Residence)
