DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure payroll transactions from several entities are processed efficiently Provide a timely, accurate, efficient, and effective payroll and other related reports Calculate, report, and ensure all of BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan, and PPh 21 are processed efficiently Perform the effectiveness of end-to-end work processes associated with payroll & benefit Resolving payroll discrepancies
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent Required skill(s): PPH 21, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines. Proficient in HR information systems (HRIS) and payroll software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
