Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details in company system.
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social network.
Screen resumes and application forms
Coordinator communication with candidates and schedule interviews
· Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
Coordination for on-boarding, confirmation change of employment conditions, resignations, probation evaluation, promotion, exit interview, appraisal and other required support.
Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Gathering payroll data like working hours, leaves and bank accounts.

Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Screening of medical slip of employee
Assist HR in travel arrangements including, Immigration applications, database management or other duties as required.
Design and implement filing systems and ensure filing systems are maintained and current.
Other ad-hoc assignment as assigned.
REQUIREMENT
Diploma in HRM
People oriented person.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Pleasant personality.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to assimilate and learn new things, information.
Good interpersonal skills and sense of responsibilities.
Efficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
