DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Payroll preparation and reporting Manage staff and drivers claim Manage medical, SOCSO and insurance claims Manage petty cash Co-ordinate all matters pertaining to employee insurance scheme and liaise with Insurer coverage and policy Leave management Assist recruitment activities including but not limited to job offer preparation, conduct induction program and orientation. Conduct exit interview and resign clearance
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Human Resources Management/Business Studies/Administration/Management or related equivalent. Minimum 2 years of relevant HR working experience in related field. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Highly capable of handling multi-tasking, work under pressure and meet deadlines. Positive attitude, proactive, independent, resourceful, good sense of responsibility, detail oriented and highly organized. Analytical thinking and good at problem-solving. Preferable experiences in ISO documentation Proficiency in Microsoft Office Able start to work in short notice would be advantage
