Manage full spectrum of HR duties:
Reruitment & Selection
Onboarding & Offboardin
Employee Relations
Performance Management
Learning & Development
Expatriates Management
Orientation & Induction
Government Grants
Payroll Administration
HR Administration
Work pass application, renewal & termination;
Claims: NS, Childcare and government related;
Surveys: MOM and government related;
Submit IR21 IR8A;
Update monthly Organisation Chart and email to Management; and
Staff and Access Pass, etc
Timely and accurate update of employee records into HR systems (HQ master database and local HR Software)
Assist Department Managers / Group Managers in Human Resources planning
Promote safety and security in organization
Participate in organising company staff activities
Assist in event coordination
Required to undertake ad-hoc projects/ duties which can be assigned from time-to-time
REQUIREMENT
Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and legislations Expatriates' management experience will be an added advantage Exposure to full payroll processing Self-driven, meticulous, analytical, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment People-oriented team player with good interpersonal and communication skills Positive thinker, receptive and adaptable to New Norm Multi-tasking, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines Microsoft office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
