DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Assist recruitment process (Job posting, liaise with agencies, arrange for interview etc) - Onboarding of new staff and offboarding clearance - Leave processing, prepare staff overtime claims and attendance monitoring - Visa application and employment pass applications - Renewal of company’s and employee’s insurance - Organise company’s events with teammate - Play a part in shaping the HR system of the company - Creation and updating company’s forms, internal memo and send out announcements - Complete and submit manpower surveys Admin Duties (50%) - Attending to visitors, answering phone calls - Hotel reservation and transport arrangement - Liaise with contractors/building management for office repairs work and general equipment servicing and repair works - Assist to prepare documents for licenses renewal - Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in HR Candidate must have at least 2 years of HR and Admin experience
