DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Selection activities up to hiring new employees Database Manpower Bridge management and employees relation by addressing demand, grievances, or other issues Managing GA Function such as company assets, office management and GA vendor Make a 5S implementation plan for all facilities and ensure all facilities comply with the 5S Standard Establish good relationship and cooperation with other Departement within the Company Strong people skills and passionate about people to drive culture by translating company value and/or develop strong culture to enhance performance
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree from reputable University majoring Psychology / Human Resources / Economic / Law At least 2 or 3 years experiences as HRGA Manager or 5 years experience as Asst. Manager HRGA Strong knowledge about Human Resources, General Affair and Health, Safety and Enviroment (K3) Possess good interpersonal skill, leadership, analytical, communication and negotiation skill Have certification (AK3 Umum) From Kemenakertrans Understand about laws regulations work safety system Will to be placed in factory located in MM2100 Cibitung, Bekasi
