DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Maintain annual and/or quarter manpower planning, check and assist employee selection, orientation, transfers within the company, and ensure all the processes are aligning with the applied regulation.
Handling onboarding and offboarding process
Assists with distributing and analyzing the employee engagement survey and working with Team Leaders to turn results into data-driven action plans.
Support and organize a company level of Team Building programs and engagement events including planning, development, and execution.
Alignment with HR operational and Office Management regarding building management.
Review and escalate HR cases and collaborate with the Risk & Crisis team to resolve the issues. Do an effective, thorough and objective investigation for the encountered HR related matters, and propose a solution with an action plan.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree, majoring in Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering will be preferable.
At least 1 year of working experience in Organizational Development, HRBP / HR generalist area.
Well-experienced in the Logistic / Transportation industry.
Willing to work on-site.
Willing to be employed under contract for 6 months.
Strong in communication skills.
Experience in Industrial Relation, Recruitment, Org. Structure Analysis, Performance Management, and Manpower planning.
