DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Conduct Labor Law compliance checks periodically.
Prepare all legal document related to Labor Law.
Provide HR Policy training to new staff.
Review internal rules, HR Policy and Regulations based on Labor Law requirements.
Highlight all changed of Labor Law, Decree and Sub-Decree of ministries related to HR issues.
Provide legal advice to Company & HR team.
Review of disciplinary policy, Company legal documentation including all contract management
Provides legal expertise, support, and advice to all organizational levels on matters related to labor legislation and labor relations practices.
Manages the administration of the grievance and grievance resolution process including culturally appropriate mechanism in conflict resolution.
Facilitates alternative dispute and conflict resolution approaches for issues of concern identified by the Management team.
Perform other tasks required by manager.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate should possess at minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law.
Minimum 5 years’ experience. A combined exposure of law and HR experience will be a plus.
Having excellent communication, interpersonal a presentation skill.
Proven experience in dealing with business licensing process and mandatory reporting to related institution.
Strong knowledge in the Labor law and familiar with OSS will be preferable.
Excellent English is mandatory.
Willing to be place at Green Lake City Tangerang
