DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and provide guidance on HR-related matters Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives Manage and oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (CoE) to deliver HR programs and initiatives Coach and mentor managers on HR best practices Contribute to HR-related projects and initiatives
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field At least 5 years of HR business partner experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
