DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Establish strong working partnership with business and its respective colleagues, providing services and solutions to support business strategies and in the achievement of their business objectives.
Provide support in all staff related matters, control and manage with respect to compliance and statutory requirements.
Responsible for operational excellence through regional and country specific initiatives and working closely with business on staff planning, budgeting and adherence to approved budget and headcounts.
Provide advice, assistance and guidance on the implementation and interpretation of policies, procedures and documentation, and co-ordinate the resolution of specific policy related and procedural problems and enquiries from the departments.
Support employee engagement programs which include Employees Survey, Excellence Awards, on-boarding programs etc
Responsible for timely and accurate payroll management
Assist and administer in annual and performance management review.
Define the best and most cost-effective recruiting such as post advertisements at relevant recruitment websites and explore different channels for candidates sourcing.
Partner and actively working with respective hiring managers in achieving manpower requirements through recruitment initiatives.
Support and collaborate with hiring managers during the screening and interviewing process by providing regular status updates of the recruiting process.
Manage applicant tracking list, referral program and internships.
Screening and profiling resumes for hiring managers and involve in the interview process.
Assist in on-boarding and orientation programs for new hire.
Upkeep of information in employee database, and proper filing of documents in p-files
Assist in learning need analysis and map out training plans for individual employees.
Implementation and administration of all training programs in the plan
Monitor, measure and review the effectiveness of training activities including taking charge of the pre and post training evaluations.
REQUIREMENT
Degree or equivalent level qualification with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite and HR software programs including HRIS.
Able to manage time and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and demonstrate personal initiative & innovation.
Self-motivator and able to motivate others.
