REQUIREMENT
• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent. • 3-5 years of in-house payroll experience is a must. • Some Overseas Payroll Experience for countries include Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, China and Hong Kong is preferred. • Experience in handling high volume of payroll (about 500 headcount) will be an added advantage. • Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (good knowledge of MS Excel) • Experience in using Timesoft is preferred. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment. • Meticulous, committed and takes initiatives • Good analytical skills and resourceful • Well-organized and able to multi-task.
