Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Organization Development, Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Training Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent. Mastery in Indonesian Labor Law Mastery in HR System Mastery in Industrial Relations Mastery in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001-2018 & ISO 14001-2015 Have a good communication, integrity and interpersonal relationship
