DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Update employees compensation Ensure salaries & benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity Make sure salary transfer is correct and well received by employees Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs Perform and provide calculation on last payment of resigned employees payroll, HRIS system & regulation
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any major Minimum 2 years or more of experience in Payroll & Compensation Benefit matters Have knowledge to calculate salaries, Pph21, BPJSTK, and BPJSKES Have good knowledge of payroll, compensation & benefits, and HRIS (especially Sunfish) Able to carry out job evaluations and understand the structure of the wage scale and tax calculations related to payroll Update with latest government remuneration regulation (SOP and Policy) and income tax related to payroll, compensation, & benefits Willing to be located in Jakarta Barat
