DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Support HRIS operations, specifically focusing on Sunfish and Share systems. 2. Maintain and optimize the workflow in the HRIS, including rerouting and ensuring all approval lines are correct. 3. Maintain service excellence by promptly addressing system-related inquiries, issues or improvements. 4. Provide technical and operational support to HR staff and other employees as required. 5. Collaborate with IT/IS department to troubleshoot and resolve any system issues.
REQUIREMENT

1. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. However, candidates from all educational backgrounds are welcome to apply if they demonstrate relevant skills and experience. 2. A strong service mindset, with a focus on providing high-quality service to all system users. 3. Quick learning ability, with a keen interest in staying updated with the latest HRIS trends and technologies. 4. Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving skills. 5. Proficient in Excel, including familiarity with advanced functionalities. 6. Experience with Sunfish and SAP SuccessFactors. 7. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills. 8. Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion. This position is a contracted role based in Jakarta. Candidates should be prepared to work on-site.
