Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, including orientation programs and necessary paperwork.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Process payroll and benefits administration, including employee attendance, leaves, and deductions.
Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Support employee performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and assisting with performance improvement plans.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related queries, policies, and procedures.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events, activities, and recognition programs.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
Assist in training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and tracking employee training records.
Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Support HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
Maintain professional and ethical standards in all HR-related activities.
REQUIREMENT
‘A’ Level, a Diploma or Degree.
2–3-year experience in as a HR
Fluent Mandarin/English speaking
Skills Required
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Has managed a team as she will be the only person for HR department, manage 25 - 30 staff’s matters
