4. Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
5. Issuing new employees with enrollment documents.
6. Conducting employee orientations.
7. Explaining employee benefits.
8. Responding to HR-related queries within the company.
9. Maintaining employee confidentiality.
10. Assisting with the distribution of training material.
11. Propose, Plan and Organized Company Quarterly event for employee
12. Propose career advancement options to help employees reach their own professional goals.
13. Securing, measures safety and guarantee the orderliness of the office for everyone’s emotional and physical welfare.
14. Formulation and Coordination of Company Policies & Code of Conduct
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
Fresh graduate or one year work experience.
Process oriented.
Very keen on quality of work and detail-oriented person.
Able to speak and write busine English.
Know how to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Power point).
