REQUIREMENT
Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS Strong Computer literacy (MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, in particular) Basic knowledge Tax Income (PPH 21) Having experience handling BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Basic knowledge of labor legislation Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills Good verbal and written communication skills in English Bachelor degree in Human Resources or relevant field
