DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Maintain recruitment portal and shortlisting of candidates
Creating job descriptions, advertising on all job platforms, and handling the full recruitment process
Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates, and assisting in the recruitment process
· Handling end-to-end process of staff onboarding and offboarding
Assist with MOM pass renewal and process work pass application
Process monthly payroll and generate payroll report
Process Income Tax submissions for IR21 and IR8A
Maintain records and compile reports such as recruitment, attendance, leave, etc.
Administer training-related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training records, etc.
Be the first point of contact for employee’s inquiries on HR-related matters and assist their inquiries
Provide support on other HR matters and ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT
Diploma in Human Resources or relevant qualifications.
Minimum 3 years of work experience in an HR generalist role
Experience in the retail beauty industry will be added advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint
Good knowledge of employment law, HR Policies, and best practices
Strong interpersonal communication (both written and verbal)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational skills and meticulous
Ability to work independently and meet tight datelines
