DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handling recruitment process, starting from selection, technical test & interview until all hiring processes are completed to meet the proper candidates as expected of Company. Use best and available recruitment tools-techniques to screening qualified candidates Understanding about General affair Produce and submit reports on general HR activity Handling BPJS for employees. Managing and monitoring HR & GA functions including recruitment, compensation & benefit, personnel admin, etc. Having knowledge about HR Industrial Relationship is a plus
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree of Psychology/Human Resource Management or other related major. At least 1 year of working experience in Organizational Development, HRBP/HR generalist area. Having a good skill for documentation Familiar with psychological test tools Proficient in MS Office
