DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Execute end-to-end payroll process timely and accurately. Ensure compliance to statutory laws and regulations. Responsible in hiring within the stipulated time frame and manage the incumbents with the hiring manager. Manage and ensure the HR related system are up to date and accurate. Be the subject matter expert to educate employees about company policies and guidelines. Monitor benefits, leave of absence, attendance and able to blend well with any level of stakeholders. Well-versed in HR best practices and processes, Employment Act, Labour Law, and other related statutory requirements. Carry out new employee induction and exit interviews. Assist in handling staff grievances, disciplinary issues, and matters relating to terms and conditions of service. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
REQUIREMENT

Experience in handling payroll in large scale retail / F&B industry will be an advantage. Good analytical skills, Meticulous, Detailed, and Ability to Multi-Task. Able to plan and organize, mature, and able to work independently to handle confidential information. Resourceful, excellent interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Good communication and good writing skills. Able to perform under pressure and meet tight timelines. Adaptable and flexible to meet organizational requirements. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Able to also coach and mentor others. Proactive, ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
