Experience in handling payroll in large scale retail / F&B industry will be an advantage. Good analytical skills, Meticulous, Detailed, and Ability to Multi-Task. Able to plan and organize, mature, and able to work independently to handle confidential information. Resourceful, excellent interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Good communication and good writing skills. Able to perform under pressure and meet tight timelines. Adaptable and flexible to meet organizational requirements. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Able to also coach and mentor others. Proactive, ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
