DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

As a first layer, you will be serving requests, questions, and complaints from customers. Monitoring the application system of web-based and desktop based. Monitoring the traffic of the network. Monitoring and handling problems related to the fraud detection system and periodic tasks. Troubleshooting pc/laptop, system, and network.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science. Have a good knowledge of basic network concepts. Having a good knowledge of hardware, software, and server system. Have experience in handling network and computer troubleshooting. Have a good knowledge of Linux. Able to shifting of work.
