Arranges work priority schedules for leaders to be more effective and efficient Monitor document circulation according to system flow in business units Maintain and update the filing system Scheduling and coordinating meetings, workshops and business trips. Perform administrative tasks including memos, reports, minutes meeting, and manage correspondence
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree from Secretary/Administration Academy At least 3 years or more of experience in financial institution/banking and preferably as a Secretary Excellent organizational, communication, administration and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) is a must Good in English, both writing and speaking
