DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
· Identify and use appropriate channels of recruitment that is cost efficient and effective
· Assist in recruitment process includes but not limited to sourcing, review CVs, arranging interviews and conduct interviews
· Manage candidates’ database and build up talent pools
· Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, issuance, renewal and cancellation
· Prepare HR report such as time to fill, time to hire and source of hire
· Participate in HR improvement projects and events (eg. Job fairs, internship program etc)
· Stay current on HR related policy such as employment practices and work pass requirements and share updates as and when necessary with HR colleagues and relevant stakeholders
Onboarding of new hires:
· Prepare and issue offer letters to selected candidates
· Liaise with selected candidates on the required onboarding documents
· Liaise with internal departments (e.g. IT)
· Conduct HR orientation for new hires on their first day of work (including briefing of terms & conditions of employment and introduction of HRIS)
Off-boarding of Leavers:
· Prepare Exit Clearance Form.
· Liaise with internal departments (e.g. IT, Finance)
· Conduct exit interview
· Collate exit interview information and statistics
Employee Engagement & Communications:
· Performance appraisal management
· Track probation and follow-up on confirmations, contract renewals, promotion, transfer and job redesignation
· Monitor in general the retail employees’ performance level by engaging with Retail Ops leaders and supervisors
· Engage with retail employees through store visits from time to time
· Support HR Manager in disciplinary matters (Retail & Logistics) such as preparing warning or termination letter.
· Responsible for quarterly company newsletters
· Champion to Lead & participate in company events as and when required e.g. team building, annual dinner & stock take, etc.
HR Operations
· Ensure compliance with all Government rules and regulations
· To cover HR Assistant workload in his/her absence
· To ensure and maintain proper & up-to-date record & filing
· Undertake any ad-hoc projects as assigned
REQUIREMENT
· Diploma in HR or Business or equivalents
· At least two years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred
· Good knowledge of Employment Act, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring
· Proficient in Microsoft Applications eg. excel, powerpoint, word etc
· Meticulous, good with prioritizing work and managing datelines
· Possess strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
· Candidates with prior experience with HR2000 will have an added advantage
· Available immediately or on short notice period preferred
