DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Operate within the approved headcount and ensure that recruitment initiatives and employee selections are accomplished within acceptable timeframe upon the required screening in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment channels and participate in career fairs and campus recruitment (if necessary) to strengthen BOCM's brand positioning as one (1) of the preferred employers.
Conduct joint-interview together with hiring managers, shortlist and prepare offer packages for shortlisted candidates who meet both the job and person specifications.
Conduct new staff on-boarding program in familiarizing the employees with the organisation HR policies and procedures, working conditions , Code of Conduct and etc. on employee's first day of employment.
Involved in other report preparation for reporting purposes.
REQUIREMENT
Degree in Business Administration or Business Management or Psychology or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Possesses good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills Able to work independently with minimum supervision
