DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Oversee the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. - Implement effective onboarding programs for new hires. - Handle employee relations, conflicts, and disciplinary actions. - Support performance management and goal setting. - Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR matters.
REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience). - 2-3 years of HR Generalist or similar role experience. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
