DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Training Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of training needs across the organization. Collaborate with HR teams and department managers to identify skills gaps and determine training requirements.
Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs, including curriculum, training materials, and resources, to address identified needs. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and methods, such as presentations, workshops, and e-learning platforms. Adapt training delivery based on audience needs and learning styles.
Training Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs by conducting evaluations, gathering feedback, and measuring training outcomes. Make recommendations for improvements and modifications as needed.
Employee Development: Collaborate with HR teams to support employee development initiatives. Provide guidance and resources for career planning, skill enhancement, and continuous learning opportunities.
Training Administration: Manage training logistics, including scheduling, participant registrations, and training records. Coordinate with external trainers, vendors, and training facilities as required.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role, preferably in a HR department.
Strong knowledge of training principles, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Experience in designing and developing training materials and resources.
Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and training software.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with HR processes and employee development programs.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
