DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Understand & have practical knowledge of recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring), Training & Development (TNA, Facilitator, Trainer, Training Evaluation) Employee & Industrial Relations (Becoming a bridge between employees and management as well as external parties), familiar with negotiating with various parties. Organization Development (Organizational Structure, Performance Management / Appraisal, Job Description, Compensation & Benefits (Payroll, THR.) HR Administration (Attendance and Employee database) & Foreign Workers Administration ( VISA, KITAS, RPTKA) Understand the Personnel Process (Negotiation, regulation & execution) and Updated Labour Law (Cipta Kerja, UU 13 2003, PP 35)
REQUIREMENT

Age: maximum 35 years Candidate at least have a Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in Psychology, Management of Human Resource, Law or any relevant major At least 2 years of working experience in HR or similar fields at Manufacturing Company. Computer literary (Office, Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Power Point) and familiar with ERP/SAP program Having good communication skill, prioritize, multi-task, and manage job in a fast-paced environment Self-starter and creative with initiative of improvement Understanding Food Safety System Certification (FSSC 22000) and ISO 9001 Fluent in English, both oral and written (Mandarin is a plus) Have HRD certification and proven by a certificate Would be place in PT Hon Chuan Indonesia Bekasi
