2. Candidate Evaluation: Screen resumes, conduct thorough interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make informed selection decisions.
3. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. Understand hiring managers' needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process. Ensure candidates have a positive experience and maintain regular communication to keep them engaged.
4. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and interviewers. Prepare interview materials, provide timely feedback to candidates, and manage communication between all parties involved.
5. Talent Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor practices. Use this knowledge to identify innovative sourcing strategies and continuously improve our recruitment processes. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our talent acquisition efforts.

REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and interview methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
