DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Support the full cycle of recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding and confirmation.
Process exit clearance for departing employees.
Prepare HR letters for employees and ensure updated HRIS and employee files.
Handle work pass matters such as new applications, renewal and other related requirements.
Verify timesheets for accurate payroll processing.
Ensure monthly payrolls are processed timely and accurately.
Liaise with external vendors to conduct training for employees.
Ensure accurate enrolment of employees on medical benefits scheme and verify monthly invoices from the vendor.
Handle work injury claims with the insurer and relevant reporting to MOM
Submit claims for government-paid leave.
Support the implementation of employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
REQUIREMENT
Diploma in HRM or Business-related
At least 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles is preferred.
Experience in Info-Tech HRIS is an advantage.
Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act.
