• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Support current and future business needs through client groups' development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of key talents.
• Build talent pipeline for cross-level job positions, drive talent growth system, pay attention to next generation talents and high potentials.
• Oversee and manage the performance appraisal process that drives high performance.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Act as culture advocator and execution, e.g., Inclusion and Diversity, 4 Core Values, Performance Driven Culture.
• Understand business and its strategy, be an active part of the decision-making process across all facets of the organizational unit (sales, service, support functions, etc).
• Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues.
• Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated, and resolved.
• Work closely with managers to ensure HR initiatives/programs are implemented effectively within the division.
• Provide management coaching to build people managers' leadership capabilities.
• Work with business leaders to define the organization structure, key measurement, key success factor.
• Ensure all HR practices; records, etc. are in full compliance with statutory requirements.
• Participate in other HR projects, programs or activities, as assigned
Experience with HRIS software and other HR tools and systems
Prior experience in managing a team of HR staff is a plus, but not required
REQUIREMENT
1. Bachelor Degree in Business Management or its other equivalent.
2. Professional Qualifications in Human Resource Management.
3. Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience specializing in HR profession.
4. Someone who has performed HR generalist roles would be most ideal, must be strong in Recruitment & Selection, must have experience in payroll processing.
5. Hands-on experience in using HRIQ software to perform the HR roles.
6. Process-oriented, meticulous, forward looking, possesses great initiative.
