DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To plan and implement workshop about performance management to employee To coordinate, monitor and evaluate activity of performance management system To coordinate and evaluate of data compilation and input performance results with other supporting data To review data equalizer with the committee of performance management To analyze and present the results of performance management to the committee
REQUIREMENT

Diploma/Bachelor degree from any major with minimum GPA 2.80 out of 4.00 scale, preferably from Industrial Engineering Minimum 3 years proven record/experience in Performance Management and Human Resources Computer Literate, especially Microsoft Excel, Power BI (is a plus) Highly independent, self motivated, analytical thinking, extensive communication, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, also can work under tight schedules
