DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• To supervise and handle human resources & GA activity • Supervise a HR system that effectively and efficiently, for example by creating SOP, job description, training and development system, • Take responsibility in the process of hiring employees, ranging from the search for job candidates, up to the selection interview. • Perform selection, promotion, demotion, transferring and employees deemed necessary. • Conducting coaching, training and activities related to the development of capabilities, potential, mental, skills and knowledge of employees • Responsible for matters relating to employee presence and absenteeism, and company regulations • Building company culture and implement them • Responsible for General Affair issue such as: maintain and manage company asset (building, cars, utilities etc) & cleaness
REQUIREMENT

- Minimal education Bachelor Degree, preferably from Psychology, Human Resource, IT , or related major - Minimal 5 year experience in the same field - Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, culture & development etc.) - Proficient in MS Office and able to do administrative task - Having knowledge about technical and operational of GA (building, assets, facilities, etc) - Very well organized and have good time management skills - Fast response, proactive and high initiative - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong ethics and reliability - A hard-working, dedicated and result-oriented person - Willing to work in an inclusive, cooperative, and friendly environment - Willing to work hybrid in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta
