DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary. Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments. Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings, conferences, and other assigned events Takes and distributes minutes or other notes as requested. Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email and social media channels. Performs other general clerical and secretarial duties as requested, which may include record keeping, managing petty cash, maintaining office supplies, etc. Assist on admin works such as but not limited to answering phone calls, printing, scanning, etc. Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by superior/s.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree Atleast 1-2 years of relevant work experience Must have good grammar and be able to write and speak well in English Proficient in Canva and Google Apps (Calendar, Docs, Sheet, PPT) Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. High attention to details, excellent analytical skills and with sound independent judgment. Must be flexible, and has initiative to give above average performance.
